I have lived a lifelong journey in search of Truth — of Love, Life and Light. I have travelled far and, at times, lost my way. Gone down the wrong off-ramp, knowing deep down that it didn't feel right, and truly understanding the disappointment of having to turn around in life — especially when you discover that listening to yourself is everything.
I chose to walk the difficult path, where the wins didn't come easily, but they were real. It turns out that speaking your truth from a sincere, kind place is a skill — and that even when you master it, it doesn't always ensure a simple or straightforward outcome. But here is the thing: when you honour your Soul, Life always makes a way. You end up in a much better place than you could have ever imagined. Magic, right?
I learned that Love is always the answer, that Life is worth living, and that Light comes to us when we choose to open our hearts and remain humble.
Through my journeys I made friends and lost some too. Made discoveries, slept in cold, dark places — and in the times that I trusted the flow of Life, I woke up where rainbows are born, where heaven and earth meet.
Now I find myself here, back home with you. Ready to go deeper within and to share transformational stories, learnings and insights. Because, as I discovered, this inward gaze is where home is.
